Shipping Policy

Some of our products are available directly from our warehouse in the UK and can be shipped in 5 business days, for custom products or products required to be produced it will take longer, please see below. For information about product availability please send us an email or use the “Contact Us” page.

Most of our products are hand crafted to order and dispatched as soon as produced. Usually it takes up to 20 business days to produce, some custom orders can take longer to produce as they require preparation.

Large orders delivered on pallets at £150+VAT per pallet in up to 5 business days. (usually 2-3 business days)

Smaller orders can be shipped in a box. Price can vary up to £100+VAT per box. Delivery will take 2-4 business days

Samples will be delivered in 2-4 business days (if in stock)

For International delivery please contact us first.

Delivery is completed once the goods are unloaded at the delivery address, and it is at this point that the contract between us has been fulfilled.

As we use couriers for delivery, any quoted dates are approximate – we may be able to provide tracking details of your order depending on the courier used. We do not have any liability if your order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or if you fail to provide adequate delivery instructions.
