1. Overview
Thank you for your purchase. We understand, sometimes you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you have any problems with your Order, please contact us through email at info@art-panels.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
As long as your item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the terms below.

2. Canceled Order
Due to the nature of our products, which requires producing to order, we do not accept cancellation for orders already produced and dispatched.
We will not accept cancellations for orders already gone past the lead time and dispatch for delivery and/or in transit and beyond our control we will not take responsibility for delays caused by sudden restrictions & lockdown measures imposed.

3. Refund policy
In accordance with applicable United Kingdom regulations, all customers hold the right to request for a refund upon discovery of a defect or damage to the product on delivery. However, a return and refund will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- If you received a defective or damaged item.
- The item delivered does not match the agreed specification.
- The item delivered is different from the description provided in the listing.
- If you let us know about any of the above in 24 h after delivery.
Refund, Return or Exchange Request must be mailed to us within 24 hours after the delivery of the item. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to be considered for a refund and exchange. If 24 hours have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Art Panels will not offer you a refund or exchange.
Art Panels will review your Return/Refund Request on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine if your is successful.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product has been cut in any way, if any type of finish has been applied or if the product has been previously installed. You agree to return the product unused, untampered; with your RMA, receipt/invoice of purchase, Image and video evidence.
Please note failure to include the above will slow down the processing of your return. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. And tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your return request in a situation that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange with your original order price, excluding the shipping charges for returning your item. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your exchange request.

We will exchange your item/s within 30 days if they are unused and in a resalable condition and you have your receipt or order confirmation. This will exclude the items listed above unless they are faulty.
